1903 built as ketch for Thos. & Drusella Wills, Kennedy Bay, Coromandel Peninsula.
1905 two oil engines fitted. Tonnage changed to 26 gross.
1907 sold to Northern Steam Ship Company Limited.
1932 sold to Avoca Coal Company of Dargaville.
1937 sold to A. Curel of Helensville and converted to a cruising vessel. Re-engined with twin Kelvin diesels.
1946 given to the Kaipara Cruising Club of Helensville and hauled ashore there for conversion to a clubhouse.
Oct 1962 condemned and deliberately burnt.
